We require minimum stay during holidays: (MLK, Presidents, Eastern/Spring Break, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day), have a three night minimum. Thanksgiving and Christmas to new years, have a four night minimum. October weekends and any special events have a three night minimum.
